About MTC Nashville — the Missionary Training Center Nashville

MTC Nashville, the Missionary Training Center Nashville, is a 32-week missions training and disciple-making residency in Nashville, Tennessee. We equip bi-vocational laborers to pursue the core missionary task — multiplying faithful disciples, healthy churches, and catalytic leaders among unreached people groups locally and globally, until there is #NoPlaceLeft. Our training is built on the No Place Left 5 Parts / 4 Fields movement strategy, refined across the nations and adapted for the everyday rhythms of the local church.

The residency is designed for anyone willing to be sent: college students, young professionals, families, retirees, and anyone balancing a full-time job with a call to the harvest. There is no tuition — it costs nothing but your life. Couples are encouraged to participate together, children are welcome at all gatherings, and the format is built around a weekly gathering of two to three hours plus roughly seven hours a week of harvest, training, accountability, and personal abiding. Whether you are exploring full-time service among the unreached or simply want to grow in sharing the Gospel and making disciples where you already live, MTC Nashville offers a practical pathway.

MTC Nashville is not a standalone effort. It is the shared work of three partner ministries: No Place Left (movement strategy), e3 Partners (sending and mobilization), and Sent Ones (care and coaching). Together they hold up the load-bearing walls of every residency — strategy, deployment, and the pastoral care that keeps laborers faithful for the long haul. The Missionary Training Center Nashville exists to connect the heart of Nashville to the nations through strategic hospitality, residency, and mission-critical deployment.
